SO, recently after quite a while my bedroom has been transported, and with it me, myself and I all went too. It felt like quite a process yet in just a day or two I had been transitioned to a new setting...
I really don't know but perhaps you may be wondering what all these bits and pieces are... Well whether you were in fact wondering, or whether the thought did not cross your mind I will go through the rundown...
Reads - My little book collection - I really am trying harder to read a little more as my reading kind of hit a drought for about a year... But anyway I am library loaning and also loving and owning HOME -Beci Orpin as well as a New York book addition by the bloggers of "A Beautiful Mess" all about how to take photos in many different ways. Despite my many attempts to read a little more (my drought is beginning to lessen) I am still finding myelf captivated daily by "A Beaufitul Mess photography" book and Beci Orpin's - HOME.
The electronics - Yes, oh how I do love them. My iPad mini and laptop. My source of instagram and blogging. Oh gee they both can become a time suck and I am continually catching myself completely immersed within the wonderful world of blogs and instagram as well as many other things... Note to self. Must really try harder to limit my usage. Hehe, we'll see how that one goes.
Folders + Notes + Patterns - My notebooks, I am continuously subconicously drawing and decorating pretty much everything that comes within my reach when I am holding a pen. Watch out... Anyhoo, all those notebooks within - Blog Planning, Maths (someone save me from it!) Books of sketches and oh so many forgotten to-do lists.
Quoted board - Last but definitely not least the board and figure of my obsession for all of 2013's six months coming up to christmas... It reads - "You can never cross the ocean unless you have the courage to lose sight of the shore." Ahh. This particular piece however has been waiting for quite some time now to finally find a place to sit so that I can stare at it daily. After months we have found the space where I will not miss it, right in front of my face. That should do it.
Well, well, well it seems as if we have come to the end of the Harper Larper Desk Tour and I really hope that you enjoyed it! I would be absolutely over the moon if you were in the mood and let me know what you thought, or shared a little of your desk-i-ness with me.
Have a wonderful, day, week, month, and year lovelies.
